Shopping cart

You can use the shopping cart as with any other shopping trip: place everything you would like to buy in the shopping cart. You can see which items you have placed in your shopping cart and what the overall value of your order is, at any time. The maximum limit to the value of items in your shopping cart may not exceed € 500.

If you want to remove an item from the shopping cart, click on "delete". If you want to delete the entire contents of the shopping cart, click on "empty shopping cart".

When all the items you would like to order are in your shopping cart, check again that the right amount has been entered. Then click "order". Please make sure that your address (delivery address and billing address) is valid and that you have completed all the obligatory fields. After you have clicked "order", you will receive immediate confirmation that your order has reached us.

Returning items

You can return all unused and originally packaged items within a period of 14 days, after which we will refund you the purchase price.

Payment methods

Payment is made by credit card. First, choose your card type. We accept EuroCard/MasterCard and Visa. Then enter your card number, the validity date and the credit card verification code.

Data protection

The data relating to your order, especially your credit card details are secured and transferred by means on an encryption procedure (SSL). All personal information such as your address or payment details are protected from hackers by means of encryption during transfer on the Internet. You can see from the padlock symbol in the lower tool bar of your computer screen that you are in a secure area of the Historical Association's shop.

Your personal details will only be used to process your order.

Delivery

We will deliver all orders worth € 100 and over free of charge. If the value of an order is below this amount, we will charge € 3. As a rule, you will receive the goods you have ordered within a period of 5 working days.
