General Business Conditions of the Historical Association of Deutsche Bank

Conclusion of contract

Your contractual partner in all orders is the Historical Association of Deutsche Bank. Your order will become binding when you click on the "buy" button. Your order is accepted and carried out by means of the delivery of the goods.

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery to post office boxes are impossible. You will receive the goods ordered, where possible, in a single delivery. This does not apply if your order contains items which have to be packaged separately or dispatched by different carriers, or if it can only be delivered at a later date.

Delivery costs

Prices do not include postage. These are payable on top of the purchase price.

Pricing and payment

Prices do include statutory turnover tax.

You may use your credit card to pay for the goods ordered by entering the relevant details in the order form. The invoice amount will be deducted from your credit card account.

Reservation of ownership

Even if they have already been delivered to you, the goods ordered remain the property of the Historical Association of Deutsche Bank until they have been paid for in full.

Notice of revocation

A right of revocation does not exist if the goods you have ordered are destined for use as part of your commercial or self-employed professional activities.

As a private consumer, you may revoke your order within a period of 14 days, without stating the reasons, in text form, i.e. by letter, fax or e-mail, or by returning the goods. This period begins with the receipt of the notice of revocation and the goods. Posting the revocation or the goods in time is sufficient for observing the period.

Guarantee

A guarantee period of two years applies from when the goods are received.

The data relating to your order, especially your credit card details, are secured and transferred by means of an encryption procedure (SSL). All personal information such as your address or payment details are protected from fraud by means of encryption during transfer on the Internet.
