Historical Association. The Historical Association has approximately 1,650 members (October 31, 2007). The objectives of the Historical Association are:
Making the history of banking known to the public, together with banking’s political, economic and cultural environment.
Presenting interrelations of banking and economic history, and in particular, the pioneering innovations that sustainably influenced economic and social developments.
Revealing the specific development of the Deutsche Bank “identity”.
Promoting the camaraderie of staff members by strengthening their identity within the corporate group with worldwide operations.
No nostalgic reminiscing or romantic story-telling of the past, but rather the presentation of factual information and background knowledge.
